Holiday Itinerary

Day 1 After your early morning pick-up we head over to the West Country stopping for lunch on the way, before continuing our journey south to England's smallest Cathedral City.

Day 2-4 Experience: Bradley House VIP Out-of-Hours Experience
Set forth into the heart of ancient Selwood Forest, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, to discover Bradley House's noble past on a private guided tour. Bequeathed by Henry VIII, this land has been the family home of the Duke of Somerset and the Seymour family for over 300 years. Inside, you'll encounter a trove of historical artefacts and family heirlooms.
Experience: Bishop's Palace
Venture across the spellbinding moat, with its timeless portcullis and drawbridge, to tour the enchanting Bishop's Palace, the sanctum of the Bishops of Bath and Wells for over eight centuries. Our seasoned guide will unveil the secrets of this medieval fortress, established in the early 13th century and 14 acres of RHS-accredited gardens.
Experience: Roman Baths
Plunge into the Roman Baths, a premier historical site of Northern Europe, and uncover the Temple of Aquae Sulis, the ancient baths, and the Sacred Spring. Witness the Great Bath's steaming waters, revered since Celtic times for their mystical origins springing from the underworld. Explore the museum's treasures, including the original Sulis Minerva's bronze head and Britain's largest collection of silver Denari coins.

Day 5 Sadly we must leave Wells and travel home, we make our way to Marlborough for the lunch period, later we continue our homeward journey stopping on route for refreshments, arriving in the Chelmsford area in the early evening.
